Terms of Service

1. Definitions
The following terms used in these Terms of Service have the meanings set out below:
- Service Provider — NomaDirection, operating under the email address kontakt@nomadirection.pl, hereinafter referred to as "NomaDirection".
- User — any natural person, legal person, or organisational unit without legal personality that uses the Website.
- Website — the website available at nomadirection.pl, together with all its subpages.
- Electronic Services — services provided electronically by the Service Provider to the User via the Website.
- Contact Form — an interactive form enabling the User to send a message to the Service Provider.
- Downloadable Resources — files made available to Users after providing an email address, accessible via the /en/resources/ subpage.
2. General Provisions
These Terms of Service set out the rules for using the website nomadirection.pl, including the conditions for the provision of electronic services.
Use of the Website constitutes acceptance of these Terms of Service. A User who does not accept these Terms should cease using the Website.
The Service Provider reserves the right to update these Terms of Service. Changes take effect upon publication on the Website.
3. Electronic Services Provided
The Service Provider provides the following electronic services via the Website:
- Content browsing — provision of information about NomaDirection's activities, services and working methods. This service is provided free of charge on a continuous basis for the duration of the User's visit.
- Contact form — enabling the User to submit an enquiry to the Service Provider. This service is provided free of charge on a one-time basis.
- Resource downloads — provision of templates and tools upon submission of an email address and expression of consent to data processing. This service is provided free of charge.
4. Conditions of Use
The following technical requirements must be met to use the Website:
- a device with internet access,
- a web browser supporting HTML5 and CSS3 (e.g. Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge — current versions),
- an active email address — when using the contact form or resource download forms.
Users are required to use the Website in a manner consistent with applicable law and good practice. In particular, the following are prohibited:
- submitting unlawful content via forms,
- using the Website in a manner that interferes with its operation,
- attempting to gain unauthorised access to the Service Provider's IT systems,
- sending unsolicited commercial communications (spam) using the contact forms.
5. Intellectual Property
All content published on the Website — including texts, graphics, logos, icons, layouts, compilations and downloadable resources — is the property of NomaDirection or third parties who have granted the Service Provider appropriate licences. Such content is protected under Polish copyright law (Act of 4 February 1994 on Copyright and Related Rights) and applicable EU directives.
Without the prior written consent of NomaDirection, it is prohibited to:
- copy, reproduce or distribute Website content in whole or in part,
- modify, translate or create derivative works based on Website content,
- use Website content for commercial purposes.
Fair use and citation of Website content is permitted for personal and educational purposes, provided the source is attributed (nomadirection.pl).
6. Limitation of Liability
Content published on the Website is for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, financial, tax or management advice within the meaning of applicable law.
NomaDirection endeavours to ensure that the information presented on the Website is accurate and up to date, but does not guarantee its completeness or currency, and accepts no liability for decisions made on the basis of that information.
NomaDirection accepts no liability for:
- interruptions to access to the Website arising from technical failures, maintenance or force majeure events,
- content submitted by Users via forms,
- damage arising from use of the Website in a manner inconsistent with these Terms of Service.
7. Complaints
Users have the right to submit complaints regarding the electronic services provided.
Complaints should be submitted electronically to: kontakt@nomadirection.pl, including:
- the User's contact details,
- a description of the issue or concern,
- the User's requested remedy.
NomaDirection will consider the complaint within 14 calendar days of receipt and will notify the User of the outcome electronically.
8. Final Provisions
These Terms of Service come into force upon publication on the Website.
Matters not regulated by these Terms of Service are governed by Polish law, in particular the Act of 18 July 2002 on the Provision of Electronic Services and the Polish Civil Code.
Any disputes arising from the use of the Website shall be resolved by the courts of competent jurisdiction in Poland.
